Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shreepad. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with the product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or store credit. Please read our return policy carefully for more details.
1. Returns
- All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.
2. Return Process
- Customers log into their account or visit the return page.
- They provide order details and the reason for return.
- Some businesses allow customers to upload images for quality check.
3. Return Request Approval & Authorization
- The eCommerce team reviews the request based on return policy.
- If eligible, the system generates a Return Authorization Number.
- Customer receives an email with return instructions & shipping label (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping Process
- Customer ships the item using the given label or their own courier.
- A return pickup service may be arranged for certain regions/products.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For credit card payments, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
- We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
4. Exceptions – Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature. These include:
a) Custom & Personalized Statues
- Statues made on order or customized as per customer specifications cannot be returned.
- Refunds are only applicable in case of transit damage or incorrect specifications.
b) Damages Due to Customer Handling
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or accidents after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
c) Clearance & Discounted Items
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned.
d) Minor Variations in Handcrafted Statues
- Handmade items may have slight color, texture, or size variations, which are not considered defects.
- Returns and refunds are not applicable for such variations.
e) Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error
- If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, reshipping charges will apply.
- Refunds will not be provided for undelivered orders due to customer errors.
f) Delays Due to Uncontrollable Factors
- We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.
g) Opened or Used Items
- Items that have been used, modified, or installed cannot be returned.
h) Return Requests After the Return Window
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
