    Sri Ranganatha as his divine bride, Goddess Andal comes alive in this captivating bronze sculpture.

    In Tamil culture, Andal represents the pinnacle of transcendental devotion, making her one of the most beloved and revered deities. Her divine connection to the people is beautifully reflected in her distinctive attire and adornments.

    Her hair is styled in the iconic Andal Kondai, and she wears a silk saree draped in the traditional Madisar style, cherished by Tamil Brahmin women. The saree is exquisitely crafted, with each fold and sway etched in metal to convey a sense of ethereal movement.

    The goddess stands in a graceful Tribhanga pose, framed by a traditional floral garland whose flowing ends enhance her elegance. In her left hand, she delicately holds a flower, atop which perches her parrot or Kili, a recurring motif in her devotional poetry.

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

    Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced by courier will be shipped through India Post, at the sole discretion of Shreepad

    Shipping and Handling 

    Depending upon serviceability of your pin code, all orders will be shipped by courier service. We prefer to ship by Delhivery, Blue Dart, ExpressBees.

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    You can pay by cash on delivery in all Indian cities and towns.

    Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Period of Delivery

    The normal period for courier delivery to is between 2 to 5 business days of shipment. However, Shreepad does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as, Flight delays, remote locations, etc.

    Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.

    Damages

    Shreepad is fully committed to the safe and timely delivery of your order. In case of any damage to the ordered items in transit, contact us with the order details immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the insurance company.

    Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

    We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

    Shreepad will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

    Missing or Stolen Shipments

    If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

    We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
